Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders ship within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Where we ship: Currently United States only (all 50 states). Note: Alaska, Hawaii, and remote/rural addresses may have extended transit times or freight surcharges for large equipment.

Shipping methods — small/lightweight items:
- Shipped via standard carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS).
- Typical transit time: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Shipping methods — large/heavy equipment:
- Shipped via freight (LTL) carrier, often palletized.
- Typical transit time: 5-10 business days after dispatch.
- Freight carriers will call to schedule a delivery appointment. You (or someone authorized) must be available to receive and inspect the shipment.
- Inspect before signing: note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Signing without noting damage can forfeit your ability to file a freight claim.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address. (Add a free-shipping threshold here if you offer one.)

Delays: Weather, carrier disruptions, or high order volume may extend delivery times beyond estimates; we'll notify you of significant delays.
