Refund policy
Return window: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition for return: Item must be unused, in its original packaging/condition, with proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Items that have been installed, fluids added, or show signs of use may not qualify for a full refund — see restocking fee note below.
Defective items, wrong item shipped, or damage in transit:
- We cover 100% of return costs — including return freight pickup for large equipment.
- You'll receive a full refund or free replacement, your choice.
- For freight-delivered equipment damaged in transit: note the damage on the delivery receipt/bill of lading before signing, and contact us within 48 hours with photos. This is required for freight damage claims.
Change-of-mind returns (not defective):
- Small/parcel-shipped items: you arrange and pay for return shipping.
- Large/freight-shipped equipment: you arrange pickup; freight cost is deducted from your refund, and a restocking fee of [15-20%] applies. (Freight returns are expensive for the business to absorb — most equipment sellers charge a restocking fee here. Decide your number and fill it in.)
Non-returnable items: Custom/made-to-order equipment, items missing original parts or hardware, and items damaged after delivery due to misuse are not eligible for return.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
